Startup Bites is one of the flagship events organized by Swissnex in San Francisco that takes place several times a year in the context of the Swissnex Internationalization Startup Bootcamp.
This event series organized in partnership with the Swiss Innovation Agency InnoSuisse connects local stakeholders with Swiss Startups and introduces these to the Bay Area ecosystem. It offers a great opportunity for participants from the San Francisco business and startup community to get to know firsthand the innovative, visionary, and reliable products and services developed in Switzerland.
For the May 2022 edition, promising entrepreneurs from Switzerland with unique ideas for the blockchain, health, sports, and digital economy sectors were offered the opportunity to present their business ideas to the local audience. In addition to their pitches, each startup had a space in the unique settings of Pier 17, where Swissnex in San Francisco is located. The participants were invited to explore the stands and to directly engage in conversations with both the startups and other participants while at the same time testing the showcased innovative products.
