Throughout the week, special screenings of short films by Charles and Ray Eames, Powers of Ten (1977), and Sarah Morris’s AM/PM (1999) and Miami (2002), will run daily. These films explore perception through sequence, repetition, and timing, highlighting the mechanics of vision itself.

Powers of Ten, two seminal short films written and directed by Charles and Ray Eames depict the relative scale of the universe through Powers of ten.

Sarah Morris’s AM/PM examines the Las Vegas Strip, portraying the disorienting world of corporate hotels and casinos which utilizes and redefines spectacle in relation to architecture.

Miami, operating between a documentary, the biography of a city and a form of non-narrative fiction, shifts between sites of production, leisure, and work, constructing what Morris describes as a new ultra-vision of a place.
